Some came through traditional single-seater ladders, grinding through F3, F2, and reserve roles before finding a long-term home in electric racing. Others arrived from endurance racing, touring cars, or even Formula 1, bringing experience in race management, strategy, and adaptability. A few built their careers almost entirely outside the F1 ecosystem, proving that raw talent and versatility still matter.
